Loren has spent the last 35 years dedicating her professional career to public finance and economic development advisory work at a public accounting and consulting firm, and in local government.

Loren and her husband Don have been married for 24 years and have three adult sons and eight grandchildren – with one on the way. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering at her church, and spending time outdoors.
Loren's Priorities
As your City Councilor, Loren will be dedicated to thoughtfully moving Carmel forward
• prioritizing well-planned development that doesn't negatively affect surrounding neighborhoods
• being a voice for strategic planning for carmel's debt and finances based on more than three decades of experience
• providing our police and fire departments with the tools to keep our community safe
• communicating with west district residents about upcoming issues and proposals
